1 About our terms

1.1 These terms and conditions of use (Terms) explain how you may use this website (Site) and any of its content (Content). These Terms apply between Minds Thrive Limited (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the Site (you, your or users).


1.2 You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

1.3 If you buy an annual subscription by accessing our Content you will be signing up to a rolling annual subscription. 
If you buy a monthly subscription by accessing our Content you will be signing up to a rolling monthly subscription.

1.3.1 At the end of your monthly subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.
Annual subscribers will receive an email a few days before your next subscription payment is due and this will automatically renew. 


1.3.2 If you do nothing, your subscription (monthly or annual) will renew and a payment will be taken using the payment details that you provided to us.
If you do not want to renew just log into your account and select ‘Unsubscribe’.

1.3.3 Please allow 10 working days after cancelling for your request to take effect.

3 Use of our Site


3.1 The Site is for your personal use only. It is not to be used by persons under 18 years of age.

17.4 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
