Minds Thrive was developed to increase awareness of mental health.

According NHS England each year 1 in 4 people struggle with their mental health.  Minds Thrive is designed to increase awareness and provide support for both mental health and wellbeing. We provide you with skills and equip you through trustworthy, evidence-based materials.  We deliver complex psychological information in everyday language, in a warm and engaging style. Using Minds Thrive has the potential to improve functioning in the workplace, the family unit and the wider community. 

The Living Library

Here when you need it.

We deliver our vision through a Living Library of digitally accessible and engaging resources for wellbeing and mental health (see the Highlights video below).  It is a library that grows and evolves in response to the needs of our partners and with advances in research and understanding.

Thrive Tracker

The Thrive Tracker uses evidence-based strategies to encourage healthy habits.  Our simple downloadable document is available to our members, and will help you to keep track of your mood day to day.  Prompts help you develop insights into what helps and what does not.

 

Tickets to Thrive

Members can make suggestions, share thoughts and ideas about the content by sending us a "ticket to thrive".  We want our Living Library to respond to your interests and needs.  We will gather themes and ideas to help us grow in ways that are most helpful to you. 

 

Diary

A place to journal your journey and learning with us.  This is a private place to make notes and keep track of your thoughts, reflections, and insights. Prompts from the Thrive Tracker help give structure for reflection and growth.

▷  The World Health Organisation (WHO) states the globally cost to business in terms of lost productivity is estimated to be US$ 1 trillion per year.

▷  In their factsheets about Mental Health At Work WHO quote “According to data supplied by the American Psychiatric Association, employees with unresolved depression experience a 35% reduction in productivity”.

▷  The Deloitte 2024 Gen Z and Millennial Survey concludes the importance of a “supportive workplaces that foster better mental health” as important for job satisfaction and employment loyalty.

▷  The HR platform iCIMS suggested that offering mental health support was important for recruiting and retaining talent.

▷  The Department of Work and Pensions posed the question “Is work good for your health and wellbeing?”  And their extensive research suggests it is.
